Powerhouse Protein Smoothie (aka:The Reinvention Refuel)
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or your milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored—your fave!)
1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess + natural sweetness)
1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or a mix—antioxidant power!)
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (healthy fats + flavor)
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds (fiber + omega-3s)
1 handful spinach (can’t taste it—promise!)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (extra protein + creaminess; use plain or vanilla)
Optional: 1 tsp cacao powder (for a chocolatey boost)
Optional: dash of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract
Optional: 1-2 pitted dates or a splash of maple syrup if you want it sweeter
