Powerhouse Protein Smoothie (aka:The Reinvention Refuel)

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or your milk of choice

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored—your fave!)

  • 1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess + natural sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or a mix—antioxidant power!)

  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (healthy fats + flavor)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds (fiber + omega-3s)

  • 1 handful spinach (can’t taste it—promise!)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (extra protein + creaminess; use plain or vanilla)

  • Optional: 1 tsp cacao powder (for a chocolatey boost)

  • Optional: dash of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1-2 pitted dates or a splash of maple syrup if you want it sweeter


Method:

  1. Blend until creamy.

  2. Add ice or more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
