The Résumé You Built Without Knowing It: My Feature in The mUse Magazine.

When Tammy Zelez, Editor-in-Chief of The mUse Magazine, invited me to pitch an upcoming issue focusing on mom entrepreneurs, I knew exactly what I wanted to write about: the skills millions of women have built over decades of motherhood that never quite seem to make it onto a résumé — and why it's costing us more than we realize.

My article, "Moms Who Built Their Next Chapters by Using Their Mom Skills," makes the case that what looks like a gap is actually elite professional training. Crisis management, negotiation, project management at scale, building trust under pressure - mothers do all of it, unpaid and largely uncredited. The piece includes a section called "5 Hidden Résumé Skills Every Mom Already Has".  I'd love for you to read it.

This is the thesis at the heart of everything I do on Mom To MORE® — that the years you gave to your family didn't take you out of the game. They made you formidable. If that idea is landing for you, come find me at MomToMORE.com or listen to the podcast here.
